USA over Germany as Evil Geniuses tops mousesports in a very exciting match of the second round.

In a match played on stage at the Hella Shrine Center, Evil Geniuses faced off against mousesports in the second round of Group A. Both teams were looking for a victory this time, as they tied when they met last time at ESWC.

Playing de_inferno, the Americans got off to a better start and noted down a 9-6 lead after finishing their CT side. With the Germans now playing the CT side, Evil Geniuses saw a few rounds slip away, with mousesports closing in to tie up the match. However, the closest they came was 13-12 as Evil Geniuses then took 3 rounds in a row to secure a 16-12 victory.
